If you've mastered the cooking side of hosting a dinner party but still struggle to the complimenting drinks, then you're in luck. We've worked with Coravin to produce the perfect four-course menu, starting with celeriac croquettas paired with USA oaked Chardonnay and finishing with an indulgent strawberry cheesecake served with Spanish rose. Whilst you might have to open four bottles of wine for this meal, as long as you use Coravin's wine preservation system there's no pressure to finish the entirety of each bottle - so you might even get two dinner parties out of them (depending on your party size of course...).
